General terms and conditions of sale

Sales restricted to adults aged 18 or over. By placing an order you declare that you are of legal age. We may request proof of age on delivery or pick-up and will not deliver alcoholic products to minors.
These terms govern the purchase of products through the thenetzerowinebar.com shop. By confirming an order, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these terms. The seller is RUUUTS VENTURES, S.L. (see Legal notice).
1. Products
The shop sells wines poured at The Net Zero Wine Bar. The characteristics, details and images of each wine are shown on the website as accurately as possible; small variations inherent to a natural, vintage product do not constitute a lack of conformity.
2. Purchase process
The customer selects the wines, chooses how to receive them (pick-up at the bar, delivery or, with a booking, with their booking) and completes the order with their details. Once payment is confirmed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is deemed concluded at that moment. If the bottles go on a booking’s bill, the contract is concluded when the order is confirmed.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown with VAT included. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to change prices; the price in force at the time of ordering will apply.
4. Payment
Payment is processed through the secure gateway of Mollie (card, Bizum and other enabled methods). With a booking, up to 3 bottles are paid with that night’s bill; more than that are paid online when the order is confirmed. We have no access to your full card details.
5. Pick-up at the bar
You can pick up your order, single bottles too, at C/ Vallfogona, 10, 08012 Barcelona, on the day and time you choose among the days the bar is open, at least 24 hours ahead. We keep it ready at the bar under your name.
6. Shipping
We ship orders of at least 6 bottles to Spain and the euro zone. Times and costs are calculated by destination and shown before you confirm your purchase. For guidance:

7. Bottles with your booking
If you have a booking, you can set bottles aside to take home that night. If the booking is cancelled, the order is cancelled too.
8. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order (delivery or pick-up at the bar) to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, by notifying hola@thenetzerowinebar.com. We will refund the payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. The product must be returned in good condition and unopened.
9. Warranty and lack of conformity
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us at hola@thenetzerowinebar.com providing your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with consumer law. We recommend checking the shipment on delivery.
