What data we process and why

Bookings. When you book we collect your name, phone and email to manage the reservation: confirm it, notify you of changes and reach you if needed. Legal basis: performance of the contract you request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Communications. Only if you tick the consent box will we send you news about the bar by email or SMS. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every message or by writing to us. We may send existing customers communications about our own products under art. 21.2 of the Spanish LSSI, always with an opt-out.

Analytics. Our site uses its own cookieless counter that does not identify people or track across sessions: it only counts visits, sources and clicks anonymously. That's why you won't see a cookie banner.

Recipients and processors

We do not sell or share your data. We use Google Ireland Ltd. (Firebase/Firestore, data hosted in the EU region) as processor for the booking and web infrastructure, and email/SMS delivery providers for communications you have authorised. All process data under our instructions with GDPR safeguards.

Retention

Customer data is kept while the relationship lasts and at most 24 months after your last visit; billing data for the periods required by tax law. If you unsubscribe, we keep the minimum needed to honour your opt-out.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@thenetzerowinebar.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own, not even for analytics. One exception: the map on the contact page is Google Maps and only loads if you click to load it; once loaded, Google may set its own cookies under its own policy.
