More than 300 wines of all types and styles, a selection of 20 wines by the glass that we change weekly, with special emphasis on the wines we produce in our wine projects: RUUUTS in Toledo, ELEFANTÍAQUES in Empordà, and the nomadic project of FRANCESC NICOLÁS.

ZERO EMISSIONS

Our culinary offerings, the origin of our energy, and the efficiency of our facilities are all focused on minimizing our CO2 emissions.

We fully calculate our CO2 footprint and offset it 200% by planting trees in collaboration with TREE-NATION, while constantly seeking new ways to have a positive impact on the environment.

Plus, for every bottle we serve at our wine bar, we plant an extra tree that we give to our guests.
